While we work hard to process and ship orders quickly, shipping carriers may experience delays once your package leaves our facility.

White Bayou Wreaths & Supply has no control over shipping carriers, delivery schedules, or delays once an order has shipped.

🚚 Updated Flat-Rate Shipping

Due to continued increases in shipping costs, carrier rates, and fuel surcharges, we can no longer offer free shipping.

We have worked hard to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible while continuing to provide our customers with great discounts and savings on merchandise.

Our current flat-rate shipping structure is:

Orders $75.00–$174.99: $10.99 Flat-Rate Shipping
Orders $175.00 and up: $14.99 Flat-Rate Shipping
Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days

Flat-rate shipping eligibility is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts.

Additional shipping options, including UPS expedited services, may be available at checkout.

For flat-rate shipping, White Bayou reserves the right to select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping carrier.

We understand that nobody likes paying more for shipping. Unfortunately, with rising carrier costs and fuel surcharges, we can no longer absorb the expense of offering both free shipping and substantial merchandise discounts. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small business!

📮 Important Notice About USPS Shipping

PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING USPS AT CHECKOUT.

We understand that the United States Postal Service (USPS) is often one of the least expensive shipping options available. However, we strongly encourage customers to consider the potential risks when choosing USPS, especially during the busy holiday season.

Based on our experience, USPS shipments may experience extended delays, missing tracking updates, misrouted packages, or packages that take up to 30 days or longer to arrive, particularly during peak holiday shipping periods.

Please understand the following before selecting USPS:

White Bayou does not own, operate, or control the United States Postal Service or any other shipping carrier.
Once USPS accepts your package, delivery timing and handling are entirely outside our control.
We have access to the same USPS tracking information that you do. We do not have access to special tracking systems or additional delivery updates.
If your package is delayed, we cannot tell you exactly where it is, why it has stopped moving, or when USPS will deliver it.
Selecting USPS means you understand and accept the possibility of extended delivery times, especially during the holidays.

IMPORTANT: If you choose USPS as your shipping carrier, please monitor your tracking information directly through USPS.com.

We kindly ask that you do not email or contact White Bayou simply to ask where your USPS package is or why tracking has not updated. We can only see the same tracking information available to you and cannot provide additional location or delivery details.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting USPS directly or submitting a missing mail request through their website.

For customers needing more reliable delivery timelines, we strongly recommend selecting FEDEX at checkout.

Please remember that delivery estimates are not guarantees, regardless of which carrier you select.

⚡ Need It Faster?

If you need your order quickly, we recommend selecting an expedited FEDEX shipping option at checkout, including 2-Day or Next Day services when available.

Please note that expedited shipping speeds up transit time, not order processing time.

🌍 International Shipping

Shipping options and rates are provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Domestic flat-rate shipping does not apply to international orders.

🕒 Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons (Christmas, Mardi Gras, etc.), processing times may be longer.

Please note: Selecting a faster shipping method does not speed up order processing time.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once shipped.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays may occur and are outside our control.

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing is handled by the shipping carrier.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
You may also log into your account to view your order history.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier, not White Bayou.
If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We are happy to offer local order pickup at our warehouse!

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM

Please wait until you receive your pickup notification email before arriving.

We recommend calling or texting (337) 356-3855 prior to pickup.

Important: Orders not picked up within 30 days are considered abandoned and are non-refundable.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

White Bayou is not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Carrier tracking delays or missing tracking updates.

If your USPS shipment is significantly delayed, claims may be filed after 30 days in transit, when eligible under the carrier's policies.

Please review your selected shipping method carefully before completing your purchase.
