Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
While we work hard to process and ship orders quickly, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays once your package leaves our facility.

🚚 Shipping Options

We offer simple, flexible shipping options at checkout:

  • Flat Rate $9.95 Shipping on Orders $75-$174.99 (after discounts)
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $175 in the 48 US States
  • UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day options available

Shipping carriers and rates are selected at checkout. For standard and free shipping, we choose the most efficient and cost-effective method.

⚡ Need It Faster?

If you need your order quickly, we recommend selecting a UPS expedited option at checkout, including next-day services when available.

🎁 Free Shipping

Orders with a subtotal of $175 or more qualify for flat rate shipping:

  • Must be selected at checkout
  • Carrier and method are chosen by White Bayou
  • Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days

🌍 International Shipping

  • Shipping options and rates are provided at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays

🕒 Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • During peak seasons (Christmas, Mardi Gras, etc.), processing times may be longer

Please note: Selecting a faster shipping method does not speed up order processing time.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped
  • Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing is handled by the shipping carrier.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships
  • You may also log into your account to view order history

🏡 Local Pickup

  • Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Please wait for your pickup notification email before arriving
  • Call or text (337) 356-3855 prior to pickup

Orders not picked up within 30 days are considered abandoned and non-refundable.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors

If your USPS shipment is significantly delayed, claims may be filed after 30 days in transit.
