Job Overview

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce business. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping, inventory management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Shipping & Fulfillment:

  - Oversee the entire shipping process, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.

  - Implement and maintain efficient shipping processes to minimize delays and reduce shipping costs.

 

 

- Inventory Management:

  - Manage the receiving of inventory, ensuring that all products are accurately logged, stored, and organized.

  - Monitor inventory levels, Maintain Retail Inventory Displays.

 

 

- Customer Service:

  - Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, and product quality, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  - Continuously improve customer service processes and train the team on best practices.

 

- **Team Leadership:**

  - Provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

- Strong knowledge of shipping processes, inventory management, and customer service best practices.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
