Who We Are We Are: We are a Lafayette-based e-commerce business that delivers craft products worldwide. Our customers have come to rely on and love us for quick and accurate service. Our timely shipping keeps us ahead of the competition. We are looking for one part-time employee to join our team to be part of this crucial aspect of our business.
What You Should Know: Accuracy and speed are key. Our warehouse and systems are efficient and well-organized. Flexibility is imperative. Weekly hours will range from 12 to 20 hours per week. We generally keep standard hours, but during high-volume times (about 3 months a year), associates must be open to extended daily hours and some weekend hours expected. We are serious about safety. We provide a safe environment for our employees and expect everyone to follow the rules.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Working closely with the owners of the company.

- Collecting and grouping items from customer orders for shipping.

- Placing orders into the appropriate size box without damaging products.

- Utilize shipping software to weigh and ship packages.

- Stocking shelves. Large trucks deliver products regularly and we need help to unload and organize them.

- Inventory counts. Help us keep track of what we have in stock.

- Maintain daily warehouse cleaning (sweeping, taking out the trash, breaking boxes down, etc)
