Custom signs are currently available in round sizes only.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your sign size and complete your purchase.
2. Complete the Custom Sign Order Form located on this product page.
Please complete one form for each custom sign purchased.
You may complete the form before or after checkout; however, your custom sign will not be designed or produced until payment has been received.
The form will allow you to tell us exactly what you’re looking for, including names, wording, colors, theme, occasion, objects or design elements, and any other details that will help us create your sign.
YOU APPROVE IT BEFORE WE PRINT IT!
Once your design is ready, a proof will be emailed or texted to you before printing.
You’ll have the opportunity to review your design and request reasonable changes before giving us final approval.
Please review all names, dates, spelling, colors, and other personalization carefully before approving your proof.
TURNAROUND TIME
Personalized Custom Signs generally require 3–4 business days for design and production.
Turnaround times may be longer during periods of high order volume. Custom orders are completed in the order they are received.
CUSTOM ITEM POLICY
Because every sign is designed specifically for you, all custom sign sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted on personalized or custom signs.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK NOTICE
All custom designs are created using generic artwork, licensed design elements where applicable, and/or original design elements.
We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material, including protected characters, logos, brand artwork, official team logos, licensed images, or other intellectual property that we do not have permission to use.
You are welcome to provide a theme, color scheme, general idea, object, hobby, occasion, mascot type, or other inspiration. We will use that information to create a unique, generic design inspired by your request without reproducing protected artwork.
For example, you may request a sign featuring a princess theme, mouse theme, football theme, crawfish, tractor, flowers, wedding elements, animals, holiday theme, or other general concept, but we cannot duplicate a protected character, logo, or branded design.
